Korin leverages twenty years of experience in infrastructure, real estate, and MandA of property subsidized operating companies with an emphasis on P3s and real estate transactions in complicated regulatory environments. Prior to becoming a member of Griffin|Swinerton, Korin was an Executive Advisor to matlab Los Angeles City Administrative Officer CAO as engineering field matter expert on infrastructure brought via engineering range of choice financing strategies adding P3s. In this role, Korin spearheaded $3. 5 billion of investment opportunities spanning municipal amenities, transit, renewable calories, and habitat restoration tasks. From 2006 to 2015, Korin led his own consulting and funding practice, offering advisory services to for gain and non profit real property investors, builders, and public agencies including utilities, ports, city/county, redevelopment, and faculty districts to finance and increase land, real estate, renewable calories, and energy efficiency.
